Our Technicians

Our rigorously trained technicians are knowledgeable in all aspects of confined space, Lockout/Tagout procedures and asbestos awareness. Each technician has completed the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 10 hour construction training course. All of our service technicians are uniformed and fully equipped with hard hats, safety goggles, respirators, and required monitoring equipment.  In addition, we are completely licensed and insured.

Our Specialized Equipment

Our fleet, the largest in the region, consists of Truck Mounted Vacuums that maintain constant suction of 12,000 C.F.M. The suction provided by these units is ten times more powerful than a portable unit. Truck Mounted Vacuums provide negative pressure in the HVAC system while it is being cleaned transporting all dust and debris from your air ducts directly out to the truck without any contamination to you, your home or office. Because no job is the same flexibility is also a strength of Cunningham having Portable HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filter vacuums where truck mounted vacuums can not be utilized. In addition, we maintain the equipment and staff to perform any job, large or small, any time. We have the ability to dispatch enough personnel and equipment immediately in emergency situations.
