Air Duct Cleaning

Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems in workplaces are constantly working to provide comfort to its workers. Whether it be heating the winter or cooling in the summer commercial HVAC system are rarely turned off. This continuous cycle that occurs daily causes substantial accumulation of dust, dirt, and debris in the system and ductwork. Cleaning of your HVAC system will improve air quality and provide a safe and healthy environment for you and your employees. Please see our Consumer Resources page for additional information on air duct cleaning and our processes.

Boiler Cleaning

Whether your building utilizes gas or oil soot is being produced and it needs to be cleaned. Our technicians brush and vacuum all boiler and breaching surfaces including flues, furnace tubes, breaching walls, chimney bases, and fireboxes. Truck mounted vacuums transfer all soot and debris directly from the boiler to the truck ensuring no contamination to the building.

Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning

Kitchen exhaust cleaning is recommended regularly based on how often cooking is done and what type of cooking is being performed. Typically commercial kitchen exhaust hoods and fans should be cleaned every 4-6 months or as per local fire codes. As time and use increases grease builds on the exhaust hood and in the shaft and fan with the possibility of catching on fire. Cunningham chemically cleans and scrapes all grease from the hood, shaft, fan, and filters. The hood is then polished to look like new and a validation sticker is applied confirming our services.

Clothes Dryer Vent Cleaning

Clothing lint and additional debris can form over time in clothing dryer vents, especially in high use environments such as public laundry mats and commercial laundry facilities. A blocked or restricted dryer vent does not allow heat and lint particles to be exhausted to the exterior possibly allowing lint to build up in the dryer duct and lead to a fire. With Cunningham’s Truck Mounted Vacuums lint and debris can effectively be extracted from the dryer duct system by our service technicians to mitigate this potentially hazardous situation. It is recommended that dryer vents are cleaned regularly.

As Certified Dryer Exhaust Technicians (C-DET) Cunningham can effectively inspect and clean your dryer duct system. csia_logo1
